Elevated analytics load times
Some users experienced slower-than-usual load times on the analytics dashboard between 09:14 and 11:02 UTC. The issue was traced to a database query optimisation and has been fully resolved.

Custom domain SSL provisioning delay
New custom domain connections experienced a delay of up to 45 minutes in SSL certificate provisioning. Our certificate authority provider experienced intermittent issues. All certificates are now provisioning within the expected 5-minute window.
