By accessing or using Page Pulse Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Page Pulse Pro provides a website building platform designed for small business owners, including tools for website creation, visitor analytics, booking, and email capture. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your password and account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Page Pulse Pro is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate applicable to your chosen plan. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date • Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year • You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice For one-time website build services, payment is due in full before work commences. Refunds for one-time services are at our discretion.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for Your Content and warrant that: • You own or have the necessary rights to use and share Your Content • Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights • Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations • Your Content is not harmful, offensive, or misleading

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content • Impersonate any person or entity • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure • Use the Service to build competing products or services without our written consent We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including its design, code, templates, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Page Pulse Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission. Our templates are licensed for use within the Service only. You may not export or use them outside of the Page Pulse Pro platform.

We aim to provide a reliable service and target 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page Pulse Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
